The things that usually go wrong

Same form, two kinds of entrant
A signed-in player sees their saved details prefilled and confirms them. A first-time player fills the same form as a guest. Both end up as a complete entry in the same list, exported in the same columns - the organizer should never have to think about which route someone took.
