GenScorer: score it, share it, own it
Most scoring apps end at the scorecard. GenScorer is built around the player - one identity that follows them between clubs and tournaments - so a season of scoring adds up to a career record instead of a pile of unconnected matches.

What GenScorer does
The platform is in active development alongside the tournaments we produce, so ask us to confirm what is live for your season before you plan around any one module.
Score a match as it happens, with the state of play available instantly to anything that needs it.
A player is one record, searchable by player ID or phone number, and can join a second club without becoming a second person.
A shareable profile with career totals broken down by club and tournament - the thing a player actually wants to send to someone.
Fixtures, points table and the full team list on a page you can share, with teams editable after the tournament is created.
Not only clubs - grounds, organizers, schools, private events and season-long tournaments each get their own account type.
The score feed drives the broadcast score bug and the LED wall, so the scorer's work appears on screen without a second operator retyping it.
The problem it is really solving
A player registers for a tournament in March under one spelling, plays for a different club in July under another, and appears in an auction sheet in October as a third person. Three records, no history, and an auction where nobody can see what he actually did last season.
- One account per person, enforced by phone or email verification with duplicate detection and a merge path.
- A player claims their own profile and owns it from then on; adding a player creates the account for them.
- Combined stats across every club, plus the per-club breakdown, in the player's own profile.
- Registration, auction and scoring all pointing at the same player record.
On the roadmap
Published here so clients can plan, not sold as finished. Ask for current status.
Availability calendar and booking automation for grounds running as their own account.
A public, role-based directory - players, organizers, scorers, commentators, streamers, umpires, ground managers - searchable by role and location.
Rich public pages on a subdomain or your own domain, with per-tenant domain mapping and certificates issued on demand.
Crop before upload, compression and storage organised by category and owner, so photos stay usable across the platform.
How it fits with the registration app
This registration platform collects the players, their documents, their photos and their payments. GenScorer is where those players go on to be scored, ranked and remembered. The two are designed to share a player identity, with the phone number as the practical common key until a single identity service covers everything.
