Sports Media 7

Everything a tournament needs, from the first entry form to the last replay

We run the broadcast and we build the software behind it. A league can hand us the whole thing - registrations, the auction, live scoring, the graphics package, the LED wall and the stream - or take just the piece it is missing.

Why leagues use one supplier for all of it

The painful part of a tournament is not any single service. It is the gap between them - the scorer typing into one app while the graphics operator retypes the same score into another, and the registration list living in a WhatsApp group.

  • Registrations, squads and the auction all read the same player list, so a name is spelled once.
  • The score feed drives the stream graphics and the LED wall at the same time.
  • Player photos collected at registration appear in the auction room and in the lower thirds.
  • One team to call when something breaks mid-match, not four.

Where we work

Sports Media 7 is based in Visakhapatnam and travels for tournaments across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Delhi. The software side has no geography - the registration platform, the auction app and GenScorer are used by clubs wherever they are.

Sports we cover

Each sport has its own camera plan and its own scoreboard. Pick yours.

Questions we get asked

Before you enquire

Can we book only the streaming and use our own scorer?
Yes. The graphics system reads a score feed through a configurable adapter, so it can take numbers from your scoring app instead of ours, as long as that app can expose them.
Do we have to use your registration platform to get streaming?
No. They are separate services. They do work better together, because the player data collected at registration feeds the auction and the on-screen graphics.
What does it cost?
Production is quoted per tournament, because it depends on the number of cameras, match days and whether an LED wall and a crew are needed on site. The software is sold as tournament and organizer plans. Send us the fixture list and we will price it.
