Tournament registrations, live

Stop running your tournament
on WhatsApp and paper.

Sportsmedia7 gives cricket clubs and academies one link to collect player and franchise entries, take UPI payments, verify documents and approve squads — with a public page that makes your tournament look the part.

The problem

Registration day should not be the hardest day

How it usually goes
  • Entries buried in a WhatsApp group with 300 messages
  • Payment screenshots you have to scroll back to find
  • An Excel sheet only one person knows how to update
  • Chasing players for photos, age proof and jersey sizes
  • No single place to send someone who asks "how do I join?"
How it goes here
  • One link you share once — entries arrive in a list
  • Payment proof attached to the player who paid
  • Approve or reject with one tap, from your phone
  • Ask exactly the questions you need, nothing more
  • A public page that looks like a real tournament
What you get

Everything registration day needs

Built from running real tournaments, not from a feature list.

01
Registration form you control

Switch on only the fields you actually need — from mobile and city to jersey size, Aadhaar and age proof. Nobody fills a box that does not matter.

02
Your own questions

Add dropdowns, checkboxes, dates and file uploads. Sub-questions appear only when the answer calls for them, so the form stays short.

03
UPI payment built in

One tap opens the payment app with your UPI ID and the amount already filled in. The screenshot lands attached to their entry.

04
Approve before they are in

Every entry waits for you. Review documents and payment, then approve or reject. Players see their status without asking you.

05
Players and franchises

Take individual player entries, franchise and team entries, or both. Team owners get their own link and their own approval queue.

06
A public page per club

A permanent link like yoursite.com/your-club listing every tournament you run, with banners, photos, sponsors and your own colours.

07
ID cards and profiles

Approved players get a shareable digital ID card. Their details are saved, so their next tournament takes seconds.

08
Sponsors, properly

Title sponsor, powered-by and partner tiers with logos on the tournament page — something you can actually sell.

09
Made for WhatsApp sharing

Every link previews with your banner and title. Share it in a group and it looks like a poster, not a raw URL.

Entries arrive with documents and payment attached. Approve the ones you want, build your teams, done.

About Sportsmedia7

Built by people who work the ground, not just the software

Sportsmedia7 is a live sports production house based in Visakhapatnam. We run multi-camera cricket coverage, live streaming, scoring graphics and match production for tournaments across Andhra Pradesh.

This platform exists because we kept watching organizers lose their evenings to spreadsheets and WhatsApp scrollback while we set up the cameras. Registration is the least glamorous part of a tournament and the one most likely to go wrong — so we built the tool we wished our clients already had.

Questions

Before you start

What does it cost to list a tournament?
Creating your organizer account and listing a tournament is free to start. Any plan limits that apply to your account are shown in your organizer panel.
Do players need to install an app?
No. Everything runs in the browser on any phone. Players sign in with their mobile number, WhatsApp, email or Google.
Do you take a cut of the entry fees?
No. Players pay you directly by UPI — the money never passes through us. We only record the screenshot against their entry so you can verify it.
Is payment confirmed automatically?
Not yet. UPI does not send a confirmation back to the website, so you still review the screenshot and approve the entry. That check is deliberate: it is the same step you would do anyway, just without the scrollback.
Can two people manage the same tournament?
Yes. Add co-organizers and each of them gets their own login. They can also choose whether the tournament shows on their own club page.
Can teams register instead of individual players?
Yes. Switch the tournament to franchise mode and team owners get their own registration link and approval queue. You can also accept both at once.
What happens to player data?
It stays in your database on your hosting. Documents like ID proof are served through an access check, not as public files, and are kept out of search engines.

Take entries properly this season

Set it up tonight, share the link tomorrow morning, and spend registration day watching cricket instead of scrolling WhatsApp.
