Kabaddi coverage

Kabaddi, with the raid clock running on screen

Kabaddi is a thirty-second sport. A raid starts, something happens fast, and either the raider gets back or he does not. Without a raid clock and a clear point breakdown on screen, a stream loses the one thing that makes the game tense.

The kabaddi scoreboard, built for kabaddi

A generic score bug with the words changed does not work. These are the fields our graphics carry for kabaddi, driven live from the scorer.

Both teams' totals with the half and the match clock
Raid clock
The raid countdown, which is the graphic the sport needs most
Point breakdown
Raid points, tackle points, bonus points and all-out points
Players on mat
How many are left on each side - the number that sets up an all-out

Camera plan

Positions are chosen for the sport and then adjusted for your venue. This is the starting point.

01
Elevated both sides

The whole mat from above the action, so a raid reads as a shape rather than a scramble.

02
Mat level

Tackles close up - the ankle hold and the dash that decide points.

03
Wide hall

The crowd, the bench and the scale of a packed local final.

Tournament formats we cover

Two twenty-minute halves, run as pools into a knockout, usually over one or two days on a mat indoors or under a shamiana. Village and college tournaments are the bulk of it, with crowds that make the atmosphere half the broadcast.

Replays decide arguments here

Almost every kabaddi dispute is whether the raider's foot crossed the line before the hold broke. That is a replay question, and it needs a camera at mat level as well as the elevated view. A tournament that plans for it argues less.

Questions we get asked

Before you enquire

Can you cover a tournament under a shamiana?
Yes, and most of them are. Tent lighting is the main constraint and it is handled with camera choice and our own lighting where the venue allows it.
Do you have a kabaddi scoreboard ready?
Yes - raid clock, point breakdown and players on mat, not a cricket scoreboard with the words changed.
Can we take team entries online?
Yes. Teams register with their full squad, and each player's details and documents are collected at entry.

Send us your fixture list

Tell us the sport, the dates and the ground. We will come back with what the coverage needs and what it costs - and if registrations open before that is settled, start collecting entries today.
