Clean player data, collected once and exported the way you need it
The reason tournaments drown in admin is that the same player is typed in four times - once in the entry form, once in the auction sheet, once for the scorer and once for the trophy engraver. Collect it properly at entry and every one of those is an export.

What gets captured
Name, mobile, email, city, date of birth and your own player ID in your own format.
Role, batting style, bowling style or the equivalent for your sport - the fields teams actually select on.
A cropped headshot, which is what the auction screen and the lower thirds need.
ID proof, age certificate, consent forms - whatever that tournament requires, and nothing it does not.
Fee, reference and the uploaded proof, against the entry.
Anything else you ask, including follow-up questions that only appear when relevant.
The export is the point
Data you cannot get out again is not collected, it is trapped. The export is built to be handed straight to whoever needs it.
- Pick the columns before you download, so the auction sheet is not a forty-column wall.
- Custom tournament questions come through as real columns, including unanswered ones, so the sheet lines up for every row.
- Guest entries and account entries export identically - the auctioneer should not be able to tell which was which.
- Search and filter the list in the panel first, then export what is on screen.
Which fields each tournament asks for
Every tournament is different, and asking for an age certificate in a corporate tournament just loses you entries. Each tournament turns its own fields on, and separately decides which of them are compulsory - enforced in the browser and again on the server, so a required document is actually required.
